Job Title: Travel ICU RN

Location: Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Sheboygan, located on the shores of Lake Michigan, offers a beautiful lakeside environment, a thriving arts scene, and plenty of outdoor recreational activities, making it a great destination for travelers.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care in a lower-acuity ICU setting.
Manage patients with stroke, COVID, medical/surgical conditions, and behavioral health needs.
Rotate to the cardiac med-surg unit as needed.
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips at both the bedside and nursing station (no tele techs in the ICU).
Perform ventilator management, chest tube care, tracheostomy care, line management, and proning.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience.
Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Strong skills in reading/interpreting telemetry strips, ventilator management, chest tubes, tracheostomy care, and line management.
Experience with proning patients and providing care in a lower-acuity ICU setting.
