Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Little Rock, AR
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements:
Experience with OASIS assessments and documentation
Proficiency in HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) software
Active RN license in Arkansas or compact license
AHA BLS certification
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive in-home nursing care to patients
Perform OASIS documentation accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and caregivers on health management
