Home Health RN | Houghton, MI | 13-Week Contract
Location: Houghton, MI
We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week contract in Houghton, MI.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend Call: Possible one weekend of call per contract
Start Date: Interviewing ASAP
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home nursing care, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and patient education.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
Document visits and patient progress using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) – experience preferred.
Requirements:
Licensure: Active RN license in Michigan (or compact license if applicable).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience.
Certifications: BLS (AHA) required.
Skills: Strong OASIS documentation experience is paramount; HCHB experience preferred.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
