Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a reputable mental health facility in Warm Springs, MT. This position is perfect for a compassionate nurse ready to provide top-tier care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. CPI certification is required, along with standard nursing qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care to patients, assisting with daily activities and medical treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Support patients in crisis, employing de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in good standing (MT or compact state).
• Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience, preferably in psychiatric or behavioral health settings.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
