Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority (FPA) credentials to join our team at the STI Clinic in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will provide vital patient support through daily visits to the clinic. As an NP, you will offer comprehensive services, including partner services provision, patient counseling, and medication dispensary.

Position: STI Clinic Nurse Practitioner Location: Chicago, IL Schedule: Contracted Opportunity, 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, Daytime hours

Responsibilities:

Enter patient details into an electronic case management system
Perform physical examinations and administer treatments
Provide test results and counseling to patients

Requirements:

Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority (FPA) credentials
Previous experience in STI clinics is preferred
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
