Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is working with a school district located near Hiddenite, to hire a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This contract position is Full-Time for the full school year.

In this role, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. would implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to support individuals with behavioral challenges, often working under the supervision of a licensed behavior analyst.

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting.
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to various educational environments.
Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
