Position: Night Shift Pediatric Float Pool RN
Location: Syracuse, New York
Shift: 2 nights and 2 day shifts, every other weekend, and some holidays required
Start Date: Flexible

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Pediatric Float Pool RN for an inpatient position in Syracuse, NY. This role is perfect for an adaptable nurse with a passion for pediatrics, capable of floating to all pediatric locations and supporting a behavioral unit without psych involvement.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients across various units, including behavioral units (non-psych).
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, perform assessments, and monitor patient conditions.
Document patient care using Epic EMR.

Qualifications:

Active New York RN license.
Minimum of 2 years of Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience.
Experience in a pediatric setting and willingness to float to all pediatric units.
Proficiency with Epic EMR.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
