Job Description

We are seeking a committed and compassionate 1:1 Paraprofessional to work closely with students, providing individualized support to meet their educational and personal growth needs. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students’ lives.

Position Overview:

Work one-on-one with students to provide academic, behavioral, and adaptive support.
Assist in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement personalized strategies.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your ability to support diverse student needs.

Requirements:

Must hold a high school diploma or GED to qualify for an Ohio Educational Aide Permit.
Comfortable working with students with a variety of needs and willing to undergo training.
A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
