Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), provide specialized instruction, and create a supportive, inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference and the skills to address varying educational challenges.

Qualifications:

Valid Special Education license required
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Experience with diverse learning needs, including students with IEPs
Ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and support teams

Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction to students with disabilities
Develop and maintain IEPs
Collaborate with general education teachers and staff
Monitor and report on student progress
Ensure a positive, structured learning environment
