Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Tech for a 13-week contract position in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using MRI technology, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.

Job Description: The MRI Tech will operate MRI equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. Duties include explaining procedures to patients, positioning patients correctly, selecting appropriate imaging techniques, and ensuring the quality and safety of imaging procedures. The MRI Tech will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and following established protocols and guidelines.

Job Details

  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shifts: Days
  • 3 12-hour shifts
  • Work Schedule: 36-hour work weeks
  • On Call: As needed

Job Requirements:

  • Certification: Must have ARRT (MR)
  • Experience: 2 years of experience working as an MRI Tech
  • Certification: BLS through AHA
  • Screening: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Education: Associate's degree in Radiology
