NEW! Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Minnesota School

We are seeking a qualified Remote School Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide therapy services to students across Minnesota. The district director is scheduling interviews right away, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. While residency in Minnesota is not required, you must hold a license in both your home state and the state of Minnesota to be eligible.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Provide engaging and evidence-based virtual speech and language therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement strategies that enhance student development
• Regularly monitor, document, and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid Minnesota State Speech Language Pathologist license
• Experience with virtual therapy platforms and telepractice preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective therapy plans
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
