Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel MedSurg/Telemetry RN for a 20-week contract in Evansville, IL. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts at a well-regarded facility. As a MedSurg/Telemetry RN, you will provide comprehensive care for patients in both medical-surgical and telemetry units. This role requires flexibility and a strong ability to handle a range of patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Monitor and manage patients with telemetry needs, including those with cardiac conditions.
Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Perform assessments, administer medications, and document patient progress.
Provide patient education and support, ensuring optimal care and recovery.

Qualifications:

RN license required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in MedSurg and Telemetry nursing.
Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical care.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts consistently.
Must pass a background check, drug screen, and complete onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
Ability to adhere to the 50-mile radius rule (local candidates will not be considered).
