Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel Med Surg Tele RN to join our team in Rochester, NY, for a fulfilling 13-week contract. This dynamic role allows you to apply your skills across various medical-surgical units, providing exceptional patient care.
Your Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive bedside care to adult patients in a high-paced environment.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, manage pain, and educate patients on self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic setting, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Qualifications:
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Med Surg Tele setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
