Location: Savannah, GA

Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Mammo Tech to join a premier healthcare facility in Savannah, GA. The candidate will perform 2D and 3D mammography using Hologic equipment and assist in image-guided breast biopsies. The ideal candidate should be a registered Radiologic Technologist (R) and Mammography Technologist (M) with additional credentials as a Breast Sonographer (BS) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). On-call, weekend, and floating requirements may be included.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality 2D and 3D mammography scans
Operate Hologic mammography equipment
Assist with image-guided breast biopsy procedures
Follow safety protocols and ensure accurate imaging results
Provide compassionate care to all patients

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Registered Radiologic Technologist (R) and Mammography Technologist (M)
Breast Sonographer (BS) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Mammography and Breast Ultrasonography
Proficiency with 2D/3D Mammography and Hologic equipment preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
