Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a home health assignment in Terre Haute, Indiana. The LPN will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to patients within their homes, under the direction of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, medication administration, and routine health assessments
Provide wound care and monitor patient conditions as per the care plan
Maintain accurate records of patient visits and health status
Educate and counsel patients and families about health management

Requirements:

Active Indiana LPN license
A minimum of 1 year of experience in home health nursing
BLS certification (AHA)
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
