Job Title: Home Health LPN - 13-Week Contract
Location: Glen Burnie, MD

Position Summary:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week home health contract in Glen Burnie, MD. This role is an excellent fit for an LPN passionate about delivering quality, in-home patient care.

Key Duties:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed
Provide wound care and essential treatments to support patient recovery
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
Accurately document care activities using the Home Care Home Base charting system

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience
Proficiency in the Home Care Home Base charting system
Active LPN license in the state of Maryland

Contract Details:

13-week contract with potential for extension based on performance and staffing needs
