Home Health LPN Contract in Morgan City, LA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract in Morgan City, Louisiana.

Position Details

Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education. Ensure accurate documentation of care and communication with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous home health experience required.
Software: Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is preferred.
Certifications: Active LPN license in Louisiana, AHA BLS certification.
