Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in Mobile, AL. This role requires a dedicated nurse who excels in patient-centered care and has strong assessment and communication skills to support patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients in their homes
Administer medication and monitor patient vitals
Educate patients and families on managing their health
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Alabama
Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong communication and organizational skills
