Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Home Health position in Augusta, GA. This role involves providing personalized, high-quality care to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their health and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home patient assessments and administer medications, wound care, and treatments as needed
Monitor and document patient progress, communicating with healthcare team members as required
Educate patients and families on home care best practices and disease management
Provide patient-centered, empathetic care to support health and recovery

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Georgia
At least 1 year of experience in home health or a related field preferred
Current BLS certification required
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
