Job Description

A full-time Special Education Teacher opportunity is available through Sunbelt Staffing near Kennebunk, ME. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced candidate to join our team in creating a supportive learning environment for students with disabilities.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field
Valid Maine Special Education Teaching License
Prior experience teaching students with disabilities
Knowledge of special education laws and regulations

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group instruction sessions
Design curriculum and special education programs
Assess and track student progress
Establish and implement educational objectives

Additional Details

Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
Supporting K-5 students
Mild to moderate disabilities
School-based position
