Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is looking to hire a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract role in San Jose, CA. This role provides guaranteed full or part-time hours throughout the academic year, along with a comprehensive benefits package & professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations (preferred)

Position Overview:

Student Population: K-12th grade students
Therapy Type: Direct and indirect therapy
Disability Levels: Mild to moderate
Flexible Weekly Scheduling: Full or Part Time hours available

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with diagnostic teams and educational planning committees to support student development.
Advise and assist school staff in creating effective communication programs for speech and language improvement.
Partner with teachers and educational professionals to integrate therapy strategies into daily classroom activities.
