Location: Chicago, Illinois
Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse
Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room RN with scrub and circulating experience for a day shift position in Chicago, IL. This role requires expertise in a Level 1 Trauma Center and the ability to handle a wide range of surgical cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scrub and circulating duties for diverse surgical cases, including Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery.
Support surgical teams in Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology (preferred).
Ensure patient safety and compliance with operating room protocols.
Manage instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently during procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff for seamless operations.

Requirements:

Active Illinois RN license.
Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience with scrub and circulating expertise.
Level 1 Trauma Center experience required.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Availability for one 12-hour on-call shift per month (Saturday or Sunday, 7A-7P or 7P-7A).

Additional Information:

RTO Policy: Maximum of 5 days off, with no more than 2 consecutive days. No RTO on weekends, holidays, or the day before/after a holiday.
