Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule: Days, 5x8 hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a contract assignment in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional radiology procedures and possess the technical skills to support our team in delivering top-notch patient care. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to angiography, biopsies, and catheter placements.
Assist physicians during procedures by preparing and maintaining equipment, monitoring patients, and providing sterile instruments.
Ensure optimal imaging quality while adhering to radiation safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
BLS (Basic Life Support) & ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
Strong knowledge of interventional radiology equipment, procedures, and sterile techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Position Details

Contract Length: Varies (typically 13-week assignments, with potential for extension)
Shift: Days, 5x8 hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
