Position: Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: 4x10s (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) + On-Call Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab Technologist for an 8-week assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role requires expertise in assisting with a variety of cardiovascular procedures, with a focus on patient safety and optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate must have experience with Impella devices and the ability to scrub and operate x-ray equipment during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, and other interventional procedures.
  • Operate and maintain specialized imaging and monitoring equipment.
  • Scrub for procedures and ensure sterile technique is maintained.
  • Provide rapid response to on-call emergency cases within a 30-minute window.
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience with the ability to scrub and x-ray procedures.
  • MUST HAVE Impella device experience.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls promptly within 30 minutes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Peripheral vascular and structural heart procedures.
  • Experience in larger volume hospitals.
