Now Hiring: Full-Time Paraprofessional - Near Belmont, CA

We’re urgently seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional. As a vital part of the educational team, you will assist teachers and students to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson implementation
Support students with special needs, helping them stay on task and engage with materials
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction
Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers
Help create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere

Qualifications:

High school diploma (or equivalent)
Experience with students preferred
Passion for education and student success
