Job Title: Travel Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech)

Location: Hazel Crest, Illinois

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Hazel Crest, Illinois. This suburban community, located just south of Chicago, offers a welcoming environment with easy access to city amenities and local parks, making it an excellent destination for traveling healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations, focusing on chest and long bone imaging.
Operate portable radiography equipment effectively and safely.
Ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis.
Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of X-ray experience in an acute care setting.
Active BLS (AHA) certification.
Active ARRT (Radiology) certification.
Active IEMA (IL) license.
Comfortable operating portable radiography equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with fluoroscopy procedures.
Operating room (OR) experience.
Proficiency with C-arm equipment.
