Job Description

Are you a skilled Sonographer looking for an exciting opportunity in Ithaca, NY? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team on a 13-week contract. In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Description: As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for:

Performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations in general and vascular settings
Operating ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images
Interpreting and analyzing ultrasound results
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnoses
Maintaining patient records and documentation
Ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures
Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines

Job Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 12-hour shifts available
Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Requirements:

Must have ARDMS certification
2 years of experience working as an Ultrasound Technologist
Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
BLS certification through AHA
