Job Title: Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist 

Location: Johnson City, New York

Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Johnson City, NY. This is a great opportunity for a skilled imaging professional looking to expand their experience in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Description:

  • Utilize your skills to prepare and administer radioactive medications to patients for a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Operate sophisticated imaging equipment to capture accurate nuclear medicine scans.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records for effective treatment planning.

Qualifications:

  • Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
  • CT certification or ARRT
  • NYS License in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
