We are seeking a skilled and motivated MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team in Charlotte, NC.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI exams in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
Provide clear and concise instructions to patients before and during MRI exams.
Position patients accurately to obtain the highest quality diagnostic images.
Ensure MRI equipment is operating efficiently and maintain safety protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure accurate imaging and diagnosis.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Demonstrate a helpful and positive attitude while working with patients and team members.
Stay current with industry advancements, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.
Licensure/Certifications:
ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine with advanced registry from the ARMRIT or ARRT in MRI required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Confident in clinical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high patient acuity environment.
Strong communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical situations.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.
