MRI Technologist position in Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team in Charlotte, NC. 

Job Description:

• 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights (3x12 hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI exams in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.

• Provide clear and concise instructions to patients before and during MRI exams.

• Position patients accurately to obtain the highest quality diagnostic images.

• Ensure MRI equipment is operating efficiently and maintain safety protocols.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure accurate imaging and diagnosis.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Demonstrate a helpful and positive attitude while working with patients and team members.

• Stay current with industry advancements, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.

Licensure/Certifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.

• ARRT or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine with advanced registry from the ARMRIT or ARRT in MRI required.

• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist.???????

• Confident in clinical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high patient acuity environment.

• Strong communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical situations.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.

• Proficiency in MRI safety standards and protocols.
