Travel IR Tech – Dearborn, MI

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel IR Tech for a 13-week assignment in Dearborn, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled team in a reputable facility and provide expert care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.

Dearborn, located in the heart of Michigan, is known for its vibrant community, rich cultural attractions, and proximity to the Detroit metro area.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for interventional radiology procedures
Assist the physician during various IR procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
Ensure proper positioning of patients for optimal imaging and minimal risk
Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with the radiology team to ensure effective workflow

Job Details:

Location: Dearborn, MI
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an IR Tech
Active ARRT certification (Radiography) and current Michigan State license
BLS certification required
Proficiency in fluoroscopy and diagnostic imaging
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
