We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist (CT Tech) to join our healthcare team in Brunswick, GA.
Position Details:
Certifications:
ARRT certification in Radiography required.
CT certification preferred or must be obtained within a specified time.
Current BLS certification required.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT) or equivalent.
Valid state licensure and continuing education as required.
Strong understanding of CT imaging techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred but not required.
Ability to work day shifts and collaborate in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans to produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologists and physicians.
Ensure proper patient positioning and preparation for CT exams.
Maintain and operate CT equipment in accordance with all safety and quality control protocols.
Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other medical staff to assist in accurate diagnoses.
Maintain accurate patient records and document all imaging procedures.
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and procedural guidelines.
