RN - ICU – Detroit, MI

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Highlights:

Location: Detroit, Michigan
Shift Options:
Option 1: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts). Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. Night shift. No on-call.
Option 2: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts). Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and develop care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure timely and effective patient care
Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergency situations
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care instructions
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established protocols

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Prior travel experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
