Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract in Williamsburg, VA. This position requires expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and maintain precise OASIS documentation
  • Develop and execute individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and health monitoring
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care techniques

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Virginia
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to local and traveling candidates
