Location: Waldorf, MD

Type: Travel/Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, with possible on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN to join a reputable healthcare team in Waldorf, MD. This role requires a compassionate nurse to provide patient-centered care in a home setting while maintaining accurate OASIS documentation and using Homecare Homebase. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home assessments and develop care plans tailored to patient needs
Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and patient education
Complete OASIS documentation accurately and on time using Homecare Homebase
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure continuity of care
Participate in on-call rotations as required

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Maryland
Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
