Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Salisbury, MD. This role involves delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes, requiring proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient health goals
Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care
Support and educate patients and families to promote independence and manage care

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Maryland
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
Open to both local candidates and travelers
