Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential for on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in St. Louis, MO. This role requires expertise in OASIS documentation and familiarity with Homecare Homebase software. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to patients in their homes, including chronic disease management, wound care, and health education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation
  • Develop and execute personalized care plans for each patient
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, IV management, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Educate patients and families on self-care and disease management

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Missouri
  • OASIS documentation proficiency and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local candidates and travelers
