Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Rosedale, MD. This position requires expertise in providing high-quality patient care, proficiency in OASIS documentation, and experience with Homecare Homebase software.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed patient assessments and document findings accurately using OASIS
Create and implement customized care plans tailored to patient needs
Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
Educate and empower patients and their families to promote independence in managing care

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Maryland
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
At least 2 years of recent Home Health nursing experience preferred
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
Open to both local candidates and travelers
