Location: Ripley, WV

Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Ripley, WV. In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to patients in their homes, completing OASIS assessments, and ensuring the quality of care meets industry standards. This is a great opportunity for experienced RNs with a passion for home health care to make a significant impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy
  • Document OASIS assessments using Homecare Homebase (experience required)
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in West Virginia
  • At least 2 years of recent bedside home health experience
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Medicare guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and comply with Joint Commission standards
