Shift: Monday-Friday with rotating on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment in Pulaski, VA. This role requires expertise in patient assessments, OASIS documentation, and delivering high-quality care in a home setting. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and managing a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration
Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation (Homecare Homebase experience preferred)
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Virginia
Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
Strong proficiency in OASIS documentation and Medicare guidelines
Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and meet Joint Commission requirements
