Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Pink Hill, NC. This position requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software. Deliver compassionate care in a home health setting and help patients achieve their healthcare goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information using OASIS standards
Develop and execute personalized care plans tailored to patient needs
Provide nursing care such as wound care, medication administration, and health monitoring
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and self-care practices

Qualifications:

Active RN license in North Carolina
Experience with OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
2 years of Home Health experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
Locals and travelers both accepted
