Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Opelika, AL

Type: Travel/Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, with possible on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a travel assignment in Opelika, AL. This role requires expertise in OASIS documentation and proficiency in Homecare Homebase. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while providing high-quality patient care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home patient assessments and create individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration
  • Accurately complete OASIS documentation using Homecare Homebase
  • Educate patients and caregivers on self-care and disease management
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Alabama
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
  • Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
