Location: Newnan, GA

Type: Travel/Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday–Friday, with possible on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel contract in Newnan, GA. This role involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring accurate OASIS documentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Homecare Homebase and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home patient assessments and create care plans
Deliver skilled nursing services, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management
Complete and maintain accurate OASIS documentation
Utilize Homecare Homebase for electronic charting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Participate in on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications:

Active Georgia RN license
Minimum of 2 years of home health nursing experience
Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase
BLS certification (AHA)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
