Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Marlborough, MA. This role requires delivering quality patient care in a home setting, with a focus on OASIS documentation and utilizing Homecare Homebase software. Join a dynamic team dedicated to patient wellness and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and ensure accurate OASIS documentation
Create and execute personalized care plans based on individual patient needs
Administer skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and other treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and care strategies

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Massachusetts
OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase experience required
Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
Ability to pass Joint Commission background check, drug screening, and onboarding requirements
Open to both local candidates and travelers
