Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in King, NC. This position involves providing exceptional care in patients' homes, leveraging your OASIS documentation skills and experience with Homecare Homebase software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document using OASIS standards
  • Develop and execute individualized care plans for patients' health needs
  • Deliver nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on effective self-care and health management

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in North Carolina
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
