Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Type: Travel/Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, with possible on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to join a top healthcare provider in Jeffersonville, IN. This position requires strong home health experience, proficiency in OASIS documentation, and familiarity with Homecare Homebase. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a home setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management
  • Complete OASIS documentation accurately and efficiently using Homecare Homebase
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal care outcomes
  • Participate in on-call duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Indiana
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
  • Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
