Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Harrisburg, PA. This role requires skilled nursing care in a home setting, focusing on patient assessments, OASIS documentation, and coordination with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans
Provide wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration
Ensure timely and accurate OASIS documentation (Homecare Homebase experience preferred)
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and health management
Work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Medicare guidelines
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and meet Joint Commission requirements
