Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Hagerstown, MD. This position requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and delivering high-quality, individualized patient care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create care plans
Document patient progress using OASIS
Provide wound care, medication administration, and patient education
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Adhere to home health regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Active Maryland RN license
At least 2 years of home health experience required
Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase preferred
Excellent clinical and organizational skills
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and meet Joint Commission standards
