Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Fredericksburg, VA. This role requires strong OASIS documentation skills and proficiency with Homecare Homebase software to provide high-quality, in-home patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and complete accurate OASIS documentation
Create and implement patient-specific care plans to meet individualized needs
Provide nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and health monitoring
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and self-care techniques

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Virginia
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
