Job Details:

• Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing
• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Location: Denver, CO
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)
• Pay: Negotiable based on territory budget. Most commonly $55-$60per hour.
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k after 90 days
• Mileage Reimbursement: .48c visit to visit, 250+expected travel
• Productivity: 25 per week

Job Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.

Job Requirements:

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase required.
• Proficiency in Oasis required.
• Oasis Certified strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
• Completion of Joint Commission onboarding upon offer.
