Location: Bowling Green, KY

Type: Travel/Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, with possible on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a travel contract in Bowling Green, KY. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase, as well as the ability to manage patient care in a home setting. If you're a dedicated nurse with strong clinical and organizational skills, wed love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer treatments, wound care, and medications as prescribed
  • Document patient progress accurately using OASIS and Homecare Homebase
  • Provide education to patients and families on home health care best practices
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Kentucky
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
  • Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
